Virgin Atlantic to Launch Direct London–Phuket Flights for Winter 2026

Virgin Atlantic will launch a new seasonal service between London Heathrow and Phuket, Thailand, starting October 18, 2026.

The route will be the only nonstop connection between the two destinations, offering an easier escape to Thailand’s largest island. Flights will operate three times weekly using a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, equipped with Wi-Fi and 300 hours of entertainment.

The new service expands Virgin Atlantic’s winter sun portfolio, complementing routes to Cancun, Dubai, Cape Town, and the Maldives.

  • Returns from Phuket (HKT):
    • Monday | Thursday | Saturday

Connecting Travellers to Thailand’s Beauty and Beyond

Phuket is famed for its golden beaches, vibrant nightlife, and rich culture, from the Golden Buddha to Old Town’s charm. Travellers can also explore destinations such as Krabi, Koh Samui, and Bangkok, thanks to partnerships with Bangkok Airways and local transfer options.
