Superyacht Charities Event

Blue Marine Travel attended the 5th Super Yacht Charity ball at St Mary’s stadium, Southampton on Saturday

The evening started with a beautiful reception and it gave all attendees an opportunity to catch up with other professionals from the industry, which we haven’t been able to do the last couple of years. The night consisted of a delicious three course dinner paired with exceptional wines and entertainment. The various charities and their devotion to worthwhile causes were emphasized throughout the dinner. Our very own Managing Director, Lee Baldwin caught the comedian’s eye and was dubbed a Bond Villain look-a-like, which provided endless laughs and giggles.

The waiters burst into song half way through the service, and it felt like we were living our best lives in a musical rom com. The night could not have been more perfect with a photo booth that provided hilarious photos and a lifetime of memories. The formalities ended with a raffle, silent and live auction which raised thousands for the charities.

The evening and after party concluded with a live band where everyone took to the dance floor and laughed the night away.
