Larger Meal Trays with More Variety
As part of its latest dining improvements, Qantas has introduced 30% larger trays in international Economy. This change makes room for new side options, including:
- Australian cheese and crackers
- Fresh garden salads
- Larger, more indulgent desserts
These upgrades give Economy passengers a more restaurant-style experience, making meals feel more satisfying and well-balanced.
Premium Cabins Get a Seasonal Refresh
Qantas has also introduced a new Autumn menu across all international cabins and lounges. Created by Chef Neil Perry, the menu highlights seasonal Australian ingredients and bold flavors. Passengers in Business and First Class can enjoy:
- Chermoula-crusted Margra lamb cutlets
- Red wine-braised Wollemi duck
- Seared Humpty Doo barramundi
- Salted caramel macadamia tart
New Signature Cocktails Take Flight
Qantas is expanding its beverage offerings with 45 new cocktails, including 15 non-alcoholic options. Some standout drinks include:
- The Continental, made with Croissant Gin by Lune and Four Pillars
- Rhubarb Spritz, featuring Rhubi Mistelle and sparkling soda
- Plum on Sour, a bold mix of Starward Nova, lemon, and bitters
