We are a team of specialists and will search for and obtain the most cost effective, suitable flights for your requirements and advise accordingly. In the event of a waitlist situation, we will confirm a suitable alternative itinerary and will liaise with the airline concerned for confirmation or a more direct/cost effective option. We will liaise with you via email or telephone if you prefer.
We can also build client and passenger profiles to include passport information, frequent flyer number and any other relevant information.
Itineraries are provided in a PDF format containing useful information with regards to travel.
Hotel Reservations
Whether you are staying at The Ritz or The Novotel, Blue Marine Travel will utilise not only its own negotiated corporate rates, but also those of specialised hotel booking companies to guarantee best rate availability.
Hotels will be guaranteed for late arrival and either direct payment or ‘bill-back’ can be arranged.
Ground Transportation
Blue Marine Travel can provide short or long term car hire rental globally. With specially negotiated corporate rates and those of specialised car hire companies we can guarantee best rate availability.

Visa Advice and Service
Blue Marine Travel will provide relevant Visa information for all travel bookings. Where entry Visa’s are required, documentation requirments will be advised.
