Etihad Airways will increase its flights between Abu Dhabi and Johannesburg during the Northern summer of 2025, boosting connectivity to South Africa.

Starting March 30, 2025, Etihad will operate four flights per week on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Daily Flights Begin in August

From August 1, 2025, the airline will increase flights to daily service, offering more flexibility for travelers.

• Flight EY747 departs Abu Dhabi at 02:20, arriving in Johannesburg at 08:35.
• Flight EY748 departs Johannesburg at 09:55, arriving in Abu Dhabi at 19:50.
