Faster Connections Between Australia and Europe
Air India has optimised its flight schedule to offer faster connections between Sydney, Melbourne, and major European cities via its hub in Delhi. Connection times have been reduced to around two hours, making Air India one of the fastest options for travel between Australia and Europe.
To promote these improved connections, Air India has launched the ‘Via’ campaign, highlighting India’s role as a premier global travel hub. This initiative showcases Delhi as a world-class transit point, combining efficient scheduling with top-tier airport infrastructure.
A Streamlined Transit Experience in Delhi
Air India’s flights operate through Delhi Airport’s Terminal 3, allowing same-terminal transfers for passengers traveling between Australia and Europe. This eliminates long terminal transfers, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey.
Delhi’s Terminal 3 features modern architecture, seamless operations, and an infusion of Indian cultural heritage. The airport is designed to handle large international traffic volumes while maintaining efficiency and passenger comfort.
Premium travelers, including Business Class passengers, Maharaja Club members, and eligible Star Alliance members, can access exclusive lounge facilities at Delhi Airport. These lounges offer comfortable seating, high-speed Wi-Fi, gourmet dining, and relaxation areas, ensuring a pleasant layover before their next flight.
Expanding Flight Options for Australian Travelers
