Emirates Elevates Its Luxury Experience

Fly Better, Fly First: Emirates Elevates Its Luxury Experience Even Further
Keepsake Menus and Unlimited Caviar: A New Era in Luxury Travel

Emirates has once again raised the bar for First Class travel. The airline now offers enhanced dining, service, and lounge experiences, including unlimited caviar served in engraved bowls and gloved service by crew.

The new keepsake menu tells the story of Emirates’ world-class wine programme. It details rare wines sourced from top châteaux, with tasting notes and pairing suggestions, turning each meal into a guided journey.

Luxury, Comfort, and Privacy in the Sky

Emirates’ First Class suites are like hotel rooms at 40,000 feet. Each private suite offers a flat-bed seat, mood lighting, and personalised temperature control. The A380 features 14 private suites in a 1-2-1 layout, while the Game Changer B777 boasts just six suites in a 1-1-1 configuration with floor-to-ceiling doors.

Customers enjoy video-call ordering, virtual windows, and bespoke binoculars. There’s space for work, rest, and dining—with wardrobes and compartments for every carry-on item.

Rest, Rejuvenate, Repeat

Sleep comes easy with lie-flat beds, plush mattresses, and cotton duvets. On the B777 Game Changer, passengers also receive a faux sheep-skin blanket for extra comfort.

Emirates offers Hydra Active pyjamas that hydrate skin mid-flight. The matching slippers and eye mask complete the bedtime ritual. Each suite is stocked with Byredo skincare, Bulgari perfumes, and a vanity kit. Bulgari amenity bags are available in four elegant leather styles, filled with premium essentials and the latest Le Gemme fragrances.

Dining When You Want, How You Want

First Class passengers can dine at any time. The gourmet menu includes multi-course meals with seasonal ingredients, vegan dishes, and a snack menu with treats like Wagyu sliders and lobster rolls.

Unlimited caviar is served with traditional accompaniments using a mother-of-pearl spoon. Guests may also indulge in chocolates, dates, and pralines—takeaway boxes available.

A World-Class Beverage Collection

Emirates is the only airline offering Dom Pérignon champagne in First Class. The drinks list includes exclusive spirits like Hennessy Paradis Cognac and Glenmorangie Signet Whisky, as well as rare vintage Ports and fine teas from Dilmah.

Wine lovers will be thrilled by Emirates’ cellar of 6 million bottles. Selections include Montrachet 2011 and Grand Cru Burgundies. Bordeaux First Growths like Château Margaux and Château d’Yquem are set to be introduced soon.

Entertainment and Connectivity at Its Finest

Each suite features a 32-inch HD screen and Bowers & Wilkins noise-cancelling headphones. The ice entertainment system offers 6,500+ channels, with the latest movies, series, music, and kids’ content in over 40 languages.

The Exclusive A380 Shower Spa and Lounge

First Class passengers on the A380 can enjoy a rejuvenating shower at 40,000 feet. The spa includes a vanity unit, heated floors, full-length mirror, and sustainable Voya products in two signature scents.

The A380’s onboard lounge offers a social hub with premium drinks, hot snacks, and a 55-inch screen showing the aircraft’s journey.

Seamless Luxury From Door to Door

First Class customers enjoy complimentary chauffeur services and access to 43 luxury airport lounges worldwide. Emirates is also upgrading the Dubai Terminal 3 First Class check-in area to include lounge-inspired seating and personalised service.

With 26,800 First Class seats weekly, Emirates offers more private suites than any other airline. Every detail—onboard and on the ground—has been reimagined to deliver a truly world-class experience.
