United Airlines Launches Denver’s First Nonstop Flights to Rome

United Airlines will connect Denver International Airport (DEN) and Rome (FCO) with nonstop service for the first time next year. The daily seasonal route will run from May 1 to September 24, 2025, on a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner offering business, premium economy, and economy cabins.

This marks United’s fourth European route from Denver, joining London, Frankfurt, and Munich, along with Tokyo Narita as its other transoceanic destination.

In 2024, over 60,000 passengers traveled between Denver and Rome, making it Denver’s largest underserved international market. Italy is now the fourth most popular global destination for Denver travelers, following Mexico, Canada, and the UK.

United also announced additional routes from Denver, including new year-round flights to Buffalo, Peoria, Redding, and Regina, as well as seasonal domestic routes.
